The Mansfield House Hotel has several rooms available for functions.
A varied range of events can be catered for, from corporate events in our Thistle Lounge,
or main dining room, to parties in our self-contained Highland Function suite.
We also cater for Funeral Tea's and can host Funeral services upon request.
Our purpose-built function suite is a superb complement to our other facilities.

Weddings
Originally built in 1870 and standing on ten acres of land, the Mansfield House Hotel provides the perfect backdrop for your wedding. Whether you choose a religious or civil ceremony, our luxury hotel is the ideal place to say 'I do'.
Our facilities are equipped to cater for wedding parties of any size, from small services to large celebrations. Our Highland Function Suite accommodates up to 200 guests, whilst smaller groups could enjoy their meal in our formal dining room.
At Mansfield House Hotel we offer you the flexibility to ensure your wedding is tailored just for you.
We can also arrange other facilities for your special day, which is a popular option for those not based in the Scottish Borders.
We can help with everything from photographers, pipers, kilt hire, bands, discos, luxury chauffeur driven cars and florists.
There are excellent Scottish Border based professionals on hand to ensure the perfect wedding. Most importantly, we can arrange for a local minister or registrar to conduct the ceremony, religious or civil.

We pride ourselves on our personal service and attention to detail, ensuring your needs are met.
A varied range of events can be catered for.
For smaller events we have traditional style rooms with beautiful views over Hawick.
If you are organising a larger event why not consider our Highland Function Suite, suitable for conferences, meetings, trainings events and exhibitions. This self-contained suite is complete with bar, dance floor and movable staging, making it ideally suited for events with 50-200 guests.
All of our function rooms offer free Wi-Fi in public areas of the hotel.
